Like the perfect cup of tea, our connections and relationships can bring us comfort. Also like the perfect cup of tea, our relationships and experiences have depth and complexity. Here at steeped in hope, we liken the process of therapy to the peace a cup of tea can bring, the pause and connection that you get when you share a cup of tea with someone, and the self-love you create in the ritual of pouring your particular cup, and the patience and space for understanding you allow for while you wait for your tea to steep. Our ultimate objective is to help you meet your goals and steep your future in hope. Sessions are available by appointment.
