STEER is whole-school mental health platform that empowers teachers to measure, track and improve the self regulation and mental wellbeing of young people. What do our tools look like? STEER Tracking is evidence-based tool to measure, track and improve how each young person self-regulates four factors which are fundamental to wellbeing and good mental health. With Safeguarding, you can proactively detect hidden safeguarding risks to protect those in your care. With School Impact, you can track, improve and report the wellbeing impact of your whole school culture on your students, by comparing their self-regulation outside and inside of school. Use our PSHE and Families tool to equip families and young people with strong social-emotional literacy. With the zero-prep tech-enabled USTEER Soft Skills Course, you can train your Sixth Formers in the skills they need beyond schools.
