Prior to founding the company, she was a Managing Partner at PeopleFirst HR Solutions, VP-Human Resource Director for Ovation Marketing and worked with other notable businesses such as Hanover Direct/The Company Store and Marshfield Clinic. With more than 20 years of experience in diverse industries, JoAnn delivers in-depth knowledge in employee relations, policies and procedures management, talent management, organizational development, talent acquisition, diversity initiatives, affirmative action compliance, training and development, and leadership and management coaching. She is passionate about helping businesses make the most of their resources and talent. JoAnn works to develop and implement strategies that make organizations more efficient, boost employee productivity and morale, and help integrate HR into a successful overall corporate culture. In addition to her accomplishments in Human Resources, she has also provided career transition services for more than five years through one-on-one coaching and group workshops.
