Our expert team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible. AND WE’RE GREAT FOR LANDLORDS, TOO! We rent your apartment, furnish and decorate it, and then find a tenant who rents it from us. You’ll never have to worry about collecting rent as our payments to you will always be on time. For our business model to work, we sign longer leases, so there is less turnover in your units. Additionally, our business depends on your apartment always being in top condition. With your permission, we will even make cosmetic renovations at our expense. WHO NEEDS TEMPORARY HOUSING? Our clients primarily consist of the following: -Travel nurses and other healthcare professionals who frequently work 3 month assignments. -Corporate housing for consultants, project managers, or company employees on assignment in a new city. -Insurance companies who are relocating those whose homes have been damaged due to fire, flooding, or other catastrophes.
