Our mission is to inspire a workplace culture where people work together in achieving fantastic results and growing their business in a happy environment. There is support and encouragement and a work life balance are revered. We strongly believe that importance should be given to health and wellbeing in the workplace. We have a strong desire to improve mental health in our lives. We all have mental health, just as we all have physical health, unfortunately there is still a stigma that exists which makes it hard for people to talk about their mental health. Whilst we are all having conversations about mental health, there is still a long way to go. Stress, anxiety and depression are the biggest cause of sickness absence in our society. Mental ill health is responsible for 91 million working days lost every year in the UK. One in four people will experience some form of mental health condition, mental health issues have a huge impact on a person’s ability to work effectively. Employers have a duty of care towards their staff, so it is important to spot the early signs of mental health problems and have adequate support in place to support them. Together with MHFA England we can offer support and training.
