Step Up Consulting LLC (SUC) is a woman and minority owned Los Angeles based Information Technology consulting firm. We serve Public sector, Education and Commercial clients across the U.S. Our services include Project Management and IT Consulting services for Human Capital Management (HCM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations. We focus on UKG’s Workforce Management HCM solutions and work with vendors/partners and clients through Procurement, Scoping, Deployment and Post production support. Our experience of working with both sides affords us the expertise of building real partnerships with our customers – who in turn see us as extensions of their teams. Christine Ferns serves as SUC’s President – she possesses 14 years of IT Project and Program management experience with industry leaders such as Dell, Kronos and Ellucian as an Implementation Partner and Client Project Manager. She has worked with clients across Local and State Government entities, Education and Private sector verticals. Step Up’s team of Consultants and Project Managers are all industry SME's. These are folks who've spent several years of successfully working with vendors and customers in implementing and deploying UKG solutions.
