Over more than 39 years of practice, he has litigated approximately 370 jury and bench trials. He was the sole counsel for a national test case involving tax claims totaling approximately $20 million, and 22 consolidated pieces of litigation, representing 38 litigants. He is also qualified as a court-appointed mediator by the Mediation Institute in civil matters.
