About Steps to Success Consultants
At Steps to Success Consultants, LLC, we believe that all children have potential. Some children have trouble finding the right steps to reach their potential. As a behavioral consultation company, we believe that it is our job to help these children find their steps to success. Through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), we work to help children overcome the obstacles in their paths. We achieve this by guiding children and families to reduce inappropriate behaviors and increase appropriate behaviors. We work closely with families and school systems to find the most successful methods to change children’s lives in socially significant ways. It is the small steps that a child takes that get them closer to their goals, which motivates us in our work. It is these steps to success that make our jobs rewarding and motivating.
