Welcome to StepUp Communication! We are 2 certified Speech Therapists with over 50 years of combined clinical experience helping individuals improve their communication skills. We started our journey together working toward our Masters degrees at McGill University's School of Communication Sciences and Disorders in the Faculty of Medicine. We have dedicated our careers towards helping people unlock their full potential through successful communication. We will provide you with the tools you need to communicate with ease in these situations and many more. Our goal is to make sure that our clients can communicate effectively with anyone, no matter where they are or what the situation is. We focus on teaching a hierarchy of communication skills that are organized in a step-by-step manner. These skills not only build on each other but also work together. By learning and practicing these skills, our clients acquire the knowledge needed to speak clearly, concisely, and confidently in any situation. Our approach to coaching is highly functional and interactive. We believe in providing practical guidance and creating an engaging learning environment. We tailor our topics and content to address the specific needs of our clients. This means that the coaching sessions are customized to focus on areas where individuals or companies require improvement in their communication skills.
