About Sterling Estates Senior Living Communities
For the last 25 years we have been taking care of seniors and their needs in all types of residential settings. Our history and experience has guided us in the development of our seventh Senior Living Community, Sterling Estates - a new standard for assisted and independent living communities in Marietta/Atlanta, Georgia and all of the Southeast. We encourage every resident to stay active and independent. Our philosophy of caring is whole-person oriented, accommodating all physical, emotional, social, intellectual, nutritional, vocational and spiritual needs. Sterling Estates Senior Living Community is East Cobb's / Marietta's newest Assisted and Independent Living Community situated on 10 acres located on Lower Roswell Rd just off of Johnson Ferry Road. We have 90 private suites with a choice of nine floor plans from studios to 2 bedroom/2 bath suites in the main assisted living residence. Surrounding the main residence are 6 custom-built triplex cottage homes with six different floor plans ranging from 1,000 to 2,400 square ft. for our Independent Living residents.
