Sterling Service Group was founded in the Chicagoland area in 1987 with an ownership group well versed in premier appliance service. In 2005, our manufacturing partners requested that we bring our expertise South and we expanded our service territory to include the growing Metro Atlanta market. In 2013 we expanded further into the country’s largest market in New York, covering the 5 burroughs, Westchester and Nassau counties, the following year we added Suffolk county to the areas we service around the Big Apple. Our continuing growth in 2021 brought Nashville and its surrounding territories into our Service portfolio and we at Sterling look forward to further expanding our reach in the near future. Over the course of our 35 year history, our mission has been to provide Best in Class service by constantly elevating the customer experience at every interaction.
