The company is headquartered in Forney, TX, just outside Dallas, with extensive overseas sourcing and quality control expertise and more than 60 people on the ground in five different Asian offices. The company also is an industry leader in customer service with a dedicated customer service staff and more than 7,000 spare parts on hand for immediate delivery. In 2011 Steve Silver Company became an employee owned company (ESOP).
