Our organization has been rewarded for its innovation and presence in the Great Clips system several times over. The most recent of which is "Franchisee of the Year" granted to Brian Stevens. Employee recognition is important to Great Clips as a whole as can be seen in the annual convention with over 700 awards given out for excellence in the salons for 2018. At Stevens we take it a step further and have our own franchise level awards and recognition for excellent performers on all levels of the franchise.
