The STG Group is a privately held and funded group of commercial real estate investment companies that has built a reputation of success in acquiring, developing and managing sub-performing or under-achieving properties throughout the western United States. The STG Group has used its management and development expertise to provide a commercial real estate “product” that anticipates and meets the needs of its tenants while concurrently energizing the local communities in which they do business. Its diverse portfolio of 19 properties is located throughout the Western United States with primary base of operations in Northern California. Since established in 1985, the portfolio has grown to its present level of over 4 ½ million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties. The existing real estate portfolio has an estimated market value in excess of $260 million with strong occupancy of 78%. To help accomplish its goals, STG maintains satellite asset management offices within all of its primary markets to better serve the client tenant base with a staff of 20. Property management and leasing are handled by STG Asset Management, Inc. – a wholly owned subsidiary of the STG Group.
