We are growing and dynamic outpatient rehabilitation, sports medicine and health and fitness practice. We have 9 locations in the Phoenix, AZ area and 2 clinics in Yuma, AZ. STI offers all kinds of services on an outpatient basis including: - Sports medicine - Physical, occupational and hand therapy - Work rehabilitation and conditioning - Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) - Prework and fitness for duty evaluations - Vestibular, dizziness and balance and fall prevention programs - Virtual PT via telehealth / telerehab - Med-x therapy - Dry needling, cupping, ASTYM, Graston therapies, blood flow restriction therapy (BFR) - Kinesiotaping - Functional Movement Screens (FMS) We are fortunate that because of our commitment to customer service and clinical excellence we have been able to succeed and grow.
