Stifinder has worked with leadership development and the implementation of development strategies in Danish and international companies since 1994. We have extensive experience in getting organisations, teams and individuals to develop through transformative learning processes, and by setting and realising ambitious goals. We draw inspiration from management theory and brain research from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Harvard University, from Indian life wisdom, and the high performance methods used within elite sport, culture and military special units. Our Stifinder leader development programme – The Stifinder Programme - introduces knowledge and tools which build upon the participants' professional expertise. Over 2,000 leaders and experts from public and private companies such as LEGO, Novo Nordisk, Bayer, Dong, Novozymes, Jyske Bank, the Danish Royal Theatre and SEAS-NVE have completed the Pathfinder programme to date. They have gone on to create positive results and lasting changes – as leaders and colleagues, and in their personal lives – and their journey of development continues. The company was established by Lasse Zäll in 1998 in cooperation with Kjeld Kirk Kristiansen, CEO of LEGO at the time.
