About Still Lake Listening

We are certified spiritual directors who are contemplative, compassionate listeners who ask spacious questions, helping you to tend to your own deep Self, your Soul. We do not offer advice. We wish to serve you by asking the questions that guide your attention to your own deepest longings -- your interior life, your untended wounds, and an awareness and deeper understanding of your own vibrant, generative, spiritual Self. We're here to listen, without judgement. We will come alongside you, offering curiosity and hope. We can delve into identity and purpose, dying and death, shame, spiritual abuse and deconstruction, complex trauma...all of the Stuff of Life. We are committed to full inclusion -- whether you believe in God, don't believe in God, or are just trying to figure things out. We welcome any religious tradition, race, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or family structure. You can experience this one-on-one, in groups, virtually, or in person. We offer the gifts of discernment, guidance, the ability to see and name what is arising in you during a session, capacity to explore deeply and broadly, the ability to meet you where you are and hold a safe space for you and your spiritual exploration (whatever tradition, or lack thereof, that may include), and connection between you and your deepest truths, integrating mind, body, will, and spirit.
