Stirling Room is an elegant entertainment space and up scale lounge in Toronto’s Distillery Historic District that caters to the city’s professional crowd. Open week nights for private, social and corporate functions, Stirling Room is the perfect spot to host your next event. On weekends the room is a showcase of the best DJs, style and club service in the city. The space also plays host to a variety of events and receptions to support international events such as Fashion Week, Pride Week and all other city wide celebrations, pulling out all the stops to create luxury experiences for brand launches, galas and corporate celebrations. Stirling Room merges contemporary design and historic architecture to create a lavish experience. The décor features exposed brick, large wood beams, plank flooring and archways. The design is complemented by rich leather banquettes, acid rusted chandeliers, grand lounge furniture and illuminated onyx bars. Stirling Room sits on five ancient catacombs originally designed as a walk-in oven for roasting hops, and later as a blast proof storage of whiskey barrels. These spaces and the main-floor lounge are ideal settings to host a range of corporate and social events. The space is extravagant yet unpretentious, where visitors feel like modern royalty and private events are customized to suit any taste.
