Stobec has been one of the world’s leading surplus chemical brokers for the last 40 years. Since our beginnings in 1977, we have moved thousands of surplus chemicals worldwide. On the one hand, we buy chemicals from companies with surplus inventory resulting from formulation changes, end-of-line productions, mergers or any other reason. On the other hand, we sell our surplus chemicals to companies looking for top-quality raw materials at reduced prices. The backbone of our expertise is the knowledge that we have accumulated over the years on a large spectrum of chemical products. Our main asset is our broad network of contacts built on close ties with hundreds of major manufacturers and distributors throughout Canada, USA, Europe and Asia. When a chemical product can no longer be used by one of our customers, we find another user who can take advantage of it. We can handle quantities as small as a few pallets or as large as dozens of van loads. In the process, we take full ownership and responsibility of the materials and we guarantee confidentiality at every step of the way. In short, we strive to be the solution for any surplus chemical.
