We are the antithesis of the large housebuilder, designing in beauty and detail to create new villages, towns and houses and engaging with local communities to create settlements that work for local people and contribute to their surroundings. The objective of the company is simple; to create beautiful places with homes and amenities that reflect local character and build community. Stockbridge consists of a specialist team with over 80 years collective experience working to procure, design and build unique developments across the UK. By engaging local stakeholders, and understanding their needs, we aim to build places that are popular with the community and on well located sites where quality matters. We manage the process from inception to delivery; including concept design, community engagement, planning approvals, detailed building designs and road construction through to the sales and marketing of completed schemes. Stockbridge targets sites where local communities, landowners or local authorities want an alternative to the volume housebuilder standard product. Everyone agrees we need to build more houses, but those houses must be beautiful and add to communities.
