About Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law (SCCL)

SCCL har som främsta uppgift att främja forskning och forskarutbildning inom affärsjuridiken i vid bemärkelse och utgör en del av Juridiska fakulteten. SCCL inrättades med inspiration från Centre for Commercial Law Studies vid Queen Mary, University of London. För närvarande arbetar ca 25 forskare vid SCCL med fokus på kommersiell rätt, vilket gör SCCL till Nordens ledande forskningscentrum för kommersiell rätt. SCCL's main task is to promote research and doctoral education within business law in its broadest sense. It is part of the Faculty of Law. SCCL was established with inspiration from the Centre for Commercial Law Studies at Queen Mary, University of London. Currently, about 25 researchers work at SCCL focusing on commercial law, making SCCL the leading research center for commercial law in the Nordic countries.
