Stockholm Initiative for Food Security is a newly set Swedish NGO devoted to answer a simple question: Why such hunger and malnutrition in the world at such magnitude in this day and age? We, at the Stockholm Initiative believe that there is no more urgent collective task at planetary levels than that of concretely nurturing and defending the most basic human right; THE RIGHT TO FOOD. We are determined to contribute towards a better understanding of the obstacles standing in front of food security preventing more than 800 million humans from being properly fed. We strive to collectively move to reduce food insecurity measurably, in a resolute, resilient and sustainable manner. —————————————————————————————————————————— L'Initiative de Stockholm pour la sécurité alimentaire est une nouvelle ONG suédoise qui se consacre à répondre à une question simple : pourquoi de nos jours une telle faim et une telle malnutrition dans le monde à une telle ampleur? Nous, à l'Initiative de Stockholm, pensons qu'il n'y a pas de tâche collective plus urgente au niveau planétaire que celle de défendre concrètement le droit humain le plus fondamental ; LE DROIT À LA NOURRITURE. Nous sommes déterminés à contribuer à une meilleure compréhension des obstacles à la sécurité alimentaire qui empêchent plus de 800 millions d’humains d’être correctement nourris. Nous nous efforçons d’agir collectivement pour réduire l’insécurité alimentaire de manière mesurable, de manière résolue, résiliente et durable.
