Eric Pedersen (Founder & CEO), said to Brian Nicholson (VP of Growth & Team Manager), "why didn't we do this years ago?" It was clear, a lack of inspiration and motivation delayed their dream trip for years. They came to realize, nearly everyone they knew, lacked the necessary inspiration and motivation to live life without regrets. They promptly quit their steady jobs and set out on an insane journey to build a social platform that would inspire the world into action every day.
