It was back in 2001 when the doors of a converted boat building space in Port Melbourne swung open to an eager team of design collaborators who shared a vision to ditch corporatised and conventional big-agency life and deliver something different to clients. With the mission to create designs that encouraged people to engage with brands, to curiously explore big, unexpected solutions and to make the design process a journey taken with the client, Stokes Street Studio was brilliantly ahead of the times and clients embraced it with vigour. The philosophy today remains unchanged and as you will see from our work, we have long term relationships with our clients, something we proudly credit to them sharing our goal of embracing change to achieve the extraordinary. The Studio specialises in creating and transforming brands. This includes everything from the strategic and creative development of a brand’s name and positioning, a brand’s architecture, through to its marketing, digital and communication strategies and applications. We deliver clients a full spectrum of in-house services that include strategy planning, design, copywriting, digital and web, TVC, video, radio and print production and campaign activation.
