We take pride in helping Clients to achieve solutions on problematic sites. We aim to maximise the potential land value for our clients at feasibility stage and provide cost effective solutions for Clients at detailed design stage while ensuring that commitments are met in terms of environmental responsibility, planning requirements and technical best practice. The Directors of Stomor are Chartered Civil Engineers who have demonstrated a high level of expertise and commitment over many years within the industry. We offer the following services along with associated elements: FEASIBILITY STUDIES and MASTERPLANNING ADVICE • Providing Clients with initial advice in terms of ACCESS, DRAINAGE, FLOODING and SERVICES for new or upcoming projects. INFRASTRUCTURE DESIGN for Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Education projects • Highway Design and Section 278 Design • Estate Road design, for private roads or Section 38 adoption, • Drainage Design for private or Section 104 adoption. • Design of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) • External Works Design, including Finished Floor Levels for buildings, paths, driveways, car parks etc. FLOOD RISK ASSESSMENTS • In accordance with National Planning Policy guidelines. • Including preparation of drainage strategies in accordance with local authority or water authority requirements, following Environment Agency and Ciria guidance for Sustainable Drainage TRANSPORT ASSESSMENTS Including: • Sustainable transport appraisals, • Means of access appraisals, • Junction modelling using ARCADY and PICADY, • Swept path analysis, and other transport, parking and access related services Specialised in transport assessments for SCHOOL EXPANSIONS, RELOCATIONS or NEW SCHOOL PROJECTS.
