Tony, based in sunny Nelson, is often known as the as the ideas man… Creative, innovative and resourceful. It’s no wonder then that Tony is the man behind the introduction of the Stonegrill concept to New Zealand twenty-five years ago. Tony has first hand experience of what Stonegrill dining can bring to your business, he introduced the first Stonegrill system into his own premises, The Brewers Arms (Christchurch), twenty years ago and saw sales increase by 40 per cent per annum, until it was sold as a successful and thriving business 5 years later. If there’s any background information you need to know, Tony is your man. He knows Stonegrill inside and out. He’s worked domestically and Internationally, both training at new venues and showcasing and demonstrating the system and concept at International food shows. Add to this Tony’s wealth of experience in hospitality, and you have a fantastic resource for information that all Stonegrill licensees are able to tap into.
