About STOOT

In 2016 zijn we gestart met het faciliteren van groeiprogramma’s voor jongvolwassenen met een hulpvraag. We bieden groepsbegeleiding aan (ook wel dagbesteding) binnen het zorglandschap, maar dan in een speelse omgeving. Geen tafelgesprek op kantoor, maar een informele en sportieve setting waarbij zorg niet écht voelt als zorg. Cliënten oefenen bij ons met Positieve Gezondheid en zelfregie, door coöperatief te leren van leeftijdsgenoten. We stellen vragen, bewegen, zetten aan tot nadenken. Deze methodiek is ingericht op versterken van aanwezige zorg(doelen). Zo werken we samen richting een volgende stap voor uw cliënt.
