About Stories of Art
The company STORIES OF ART runs two art history year courses: (1) the first course from Baroque to Contemporary Art covering over 300 years of art is held on Zoom and at a private members club South Kensington Club in London. (2) the second course from Impressionism to Contemporary Art is an online Zoom course offered to a worldwide audience. Our attendees visually enter the artists' worlds, their stories and their secrets. Provoking thought, we query why deaf Goya painted himself so many times and whether Louise Bourgeois was afraid of spiders. We adventure through different time periods getting lost in the world of colour and new mediums whilst learning about some of the most prolific artists the world has ever seen.
