About Story Sense

Story Sense Ltd support babies and toddlers to find a love of stories from birth to school age through engaging developmental and sensory activities directly linked to the Early Years Curriculum. We empower parents to feel confident using stories in play at home. Our vision is to give all children no matter their background the opportunity to love stories and use it in their play from birth, developing a life-long love for literacy and, in turn, supporting their skills when they go to school. Our unique programme of sessions are designed with direct links to the Early Years curriculum from birth to school age. Nikita Dixon, Story Sense founder is fully involved with the business, from running every day classes to training and supporting the franchisees. Since 2017 our classes have gone from just a handful of parents to seeing 225 families a week in one franchise territory. On top of this we offer nursery, childminder, preschool and primary school outreach sessions as well as covering special events and birthday parties.
