The Corporation is organized for the purposes of raising funds for Copley Health Systems, Inc. and its affiliates or some other charitable organization(s) within northern Vermont. Stowe Charities, Inc. organizes and presents the annual Stowe Food & Wine Classic, a three day culinary and wine event that includes wine tastings on Friday; a gala dinner on Saturday featuring an exquisite gastronomic collaboration between a changing featured winery and t Trap Family Lodge’s renowned chef, Brian Thomlinson. The five-course meal with wine pairings is followed by a live Auction, offering rare wines from the cellars of private collectors and various renouned winemakers, vacation getaways and unusual “lifestyle” items. Sunday’s Grand Tasting is an afternoon of wine seminars, cooking demonstrations and the opportunity to visit with winemakers and culinary experts while sampling over 100 wines and world-class food selections. Concurrently, you may examine and bid on the splendid offerings ata silent auction of fine and rare wines, a variety of vacation getaways, and other great treasures.
