About Stract Corporation
Our company’s mission is to provide affordable access to product manufacturing in the plastics space within the USA. We work with inventors and entrepreneurs to take their ideas from concept sketches (which includes 3D scanning and 3D modeling) to working prototypes and short-run manufacturing for test marketing their products. We are then a bridge to full-scale injection molding with partner manufacturers here in Tennessee, such as Polymer Components in Benton. In addition, we specialize in reverse engineering hard to duplicate parts, particularly those with organic shapes and compound curves. Stract was awarded a RevV Grant from Oak Ridge National Laboratory to research our idea of electroplating 3D printed molds for injection molding tooling to provide a rapid and affordable process to get products to market. We intend to be part of the reshoring initiative to bring manufacturing back to the U.S.A.
