In 2019, Strad amended its name to Strad Inc. from Strad Energy Services Ltd. to better reflect the versatility of the business. Matting began as a small niche product in our traditional energy services company more than a decade ago. It is now the dominant driver of our business. Today, Strad is one of the largest matting suppliers and offers a variety of new and used products for rent, including wood access mats, rig mats, and crane mats. With over 16 years’ experience in this business, our people are experts in matting and can consult on applications, recommending size, type and quantity to best suit the project. Our on-site team is experienced and knows how to get the job done efficiently and safely. Strad also offers a variety of mat washing and cleaning services to address the strictest of environmental concerns. Strad also maintains a large fleet of equipment rentals, including fluid and mud storage, tanks, light towers, generators, pumps, solids control and other auxiliary equipment. The Strad service team is known for being responsive and available around-the-clock to help with whatever needs arise throughout a project.
