About Stradegy

Stradegy is a specialist planning consultancy with a team of 10 experienced Planners in Hawkes Bay. Our view is you don’t need a big company to achieve a big outcome. We are engaged by territorial authorities to prepare resource consent applications for municipal water takes, wastewater and stormwater discharges and Notices of Requirements, and to prepare and submit on Plan Change processes. On the other hand, we work with private sector clients on large land development and Master Planning projects, inner city developments and rural activities involving water harvesting, ground and surface water takes and discharge activities through to the establishment of industrial operations involving activity types across Regional and District Council functions. As a specialist planning consultancy, we recognize the value of specialist skills. In this regard, we specialise in our areas of expertise and work seamlessly with others specialising in theirs. Delivering a multidisciplinary approach through independence is no issue to us though, and in this regard, our independence is one of our key advantages as it enables us to draw on a pool of national and local experts to bring the right people onto a project and to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients and community alike. We have a genuine desire to see our communities progress environmentally, economically, culturally and socially - as well as our people.
