Straight Flush is much more than a gym. We are a strength and conditioning facility that works with each athlete, enabling them to reach their highest fitness and wellness goals. Through the use of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity, we can improve your fitness, and thus improving your quality of life. Straight Flush utilizes the core aspects of the CrossFit methodology. We combine weightlifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity cardio to challenge and develop all of our athletes. CrossFit can be for everyone, and with the results to back it, there is no better strength and conditioning program in the world. Straight Flush is invested in its community. It will challenge you mentally and physically, and will push you to discover how truly strong you are. Each and every day you will be surrounded by that invested community. We have built our community around both coaches and athletes motivating each other, while always providing a positive and supportive environment.
