The Company was formed in March 1994 and has a portfolio in excess of 750 Strata Plans under management, with a total insured value of $6.7 billion and funds held in Trust exceeding $85 million. At Strata Partners we pride ourselves on providing professional and personal strata management service. We are not involved in buying, selling, or leasing activities, thus ensuring a totally objective approach to clients’ needs. We also do not advertise in the market, but build our business based on referrals from satisfied clients. We are an independent group and are free to select the best tradesmen, the best insurance cover and the best services for our clients. Whilst some Strata Management companies focus on a volume based management and offer low management fees, we believe that strata management is a partnership between the Manager and the client and that this inter-relationship is the key to successful management. Strata Partners appreciates that Management is all about people; understanding them, working with them, and achieving results together. Strata Partners accepts involvement in strata management at any time in the development process following registration of the Strata Plan. However, our major involvement is the management of existing schemes, be they self-managed, have existing management arrangements or are under compulsory management. Our expertise extends to residential, commercial and industrial properties, of which we already have an impressive portfolio under management.
