The company has one employee -- Professor Bruce (Binyamin) Phillips. Professor Phillips’ experience combines academia with a strong applied experience in industry. He began his business career in the dry goods (clothing) business, helping to manage a small chain of retail stores in New Jersey. Following his Ph.D. studies at Chicago, he worked as an internal consultant and manager at General Motors Corporation in Michigan for nine years. While at GM, he gained extensive experience in global competition, management of product development, and organizational change. Since coming to Israel twenty-five years ago, Professor Phillips has served as a consultant to International and Israeli firms in business strategy and organization. His many assignments have included facilitating strategic analyses, benchmarking competition, planning the entrance into new markets, evaluating acquisition candidates, facilitating post-acquisition integrations, closing gaps in managerial capabilities, and guiding organizational changes to prepare companies for future growth. In addition to consulting, Professor Phillips loves to lecture and conduct managerial training programs. His favorite is a three to four day course in Strategic Thinking that he has given to managers from over 30 companies.
