Established in 2006, the organisation has built a leading position in the resource sector as a quality training provider by combining expert industry knowledge with a client-focussed approach. Our team of highly skilled training professionals are committed and passionate about the resource sector and in supporting its workforce into the future. We offer training in a range of qualifications and skill sets to meet the needs of the resource sector in the areas of drilling, underground coal and metalliferous and surface extraction, as well as leadership and management and WHS. A quality focus, including superior processes and systems, underpin both the way in which we conduct our training and assessment and in achieving successful learning outcomes for students. This quality is verified by our organisation’s status with the National VET Regulator (ASQA) as “Demonstrated consistently compliant” provider and being recognised by the NSW Department of Education as a Smart and Skilled High Performing Provider. We have the insight, capacity and expertise to deliver training programs for multinational companies through to medium sized businesses within the resource sector. Training can be conducted at our Thornton facility, clients’ sites across Australia or via virtual classroom.
