Richard brings proven expertise in performance improvement, strategic planning, business development, operations, administration, and change management. For thirty-five years he supported and led commercial banks in serving 1000’s of community businesses across the United States and his involvement in numerous bank acquisitions led to successful cultural integrations. As a dynamic executive his leadership style incorporates integrity, mutual respect, professionalism, and collaboration in developing successful organizational strategies. He is an exciting and inspiring public speaker and continues to be committed to helping business owners and professionals achieve success. Richard is active in the community as a Board Member and Council Training Chair for the Dan Beard Council Boy Scouts of America. He is an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth and Financial Executives International and is involved with the West Chester Liberty Chamber Alliance, and the Clermont and Northern Kentucky Chambers of Commerce.
