Strathpine Design & Drafting is a locally-owned and operated, multi-award-winning building design company located on Brisbane's northside, with the goal of making one-time clients life-long advocates of our business through hard work, innovation & creativity. Peter Auld began operating as a sole trader over 40 years ago. Since then, Strathpine Design & Drafting has steadily grown into the successful and highly regarded design office that it is today. At Strathpine Design & Drafting, we believe in taking the hard work and stress out of what can often be a confusing and daunting process. By providing a "one-stop-shop" approach to the design and drafting process, that is also customised to suit each client's unique project and needs, we can guide you from the initial conception of your design dream to being construction-ready! Whether you require plans for a new home, townhouse development, or childcare centre, a commercial building, carport, patio, or larger-scale renovation or addition, we have a team of highly experienced and motivated design and drafting specialists ready to assist you through the various stages of designing & documenting a building project, including: *Assessing compliance with local authorities, planning regulations, and state/national building regulations *Engaging & liaising with external consultants such as surveyors, town planners, energy efficiency assessors, engineers and building certifiers *Preparing submissions for local authority approvals, e.g. boundary relaxations, build over sewer & plumbing applications *Preparing building plans for building approval *Making ourselves available to our clients, their builders & sub-contractors throughout the construction process
