After a broad based career over a 35 year period in Consulting Engineering, Project Management and Construction Administration as well as Corporate Management within a large $300 million Canadian employee owned firm, Tim Stanley established Stratice Consulting Inc. (Stratice) to provide project development and advisory services to the public and private sectors. Stratice has a proven ability to collaboratively engage all stakeholders to plan and successfully execute strategic business plans and project development initiatives. Tim Stanley, as the Principal Consultant and a recognized Professional in the area of strategic development of large-scale infrastructure projects ranging from Government Buildings, Airports, Bridges and Highways, Power Generation Facilities and Transit Facilities, provides predesign feasibility assessment, development of strategic project delivery models, management of preliminary and detailed design, as well as construction and commissioning. Stratice is based in Vancouver, BC, Canada and is equipped to actively execute assignments locally, nationally and internationally.
