Why we care.. ..Employees and businesses have an abundance of generic health information and resources at their fingertips, yet the overall physical and mental health of employees is at it’s lowest point in modern history with life expectancy now falling! So what’s going on?.. ..We hypothesise there is a crucial missing link connecting the abundance of information available and actual health and well-being outcomes for staff. At Strealth we bridge between this gap by delivering human-centric health coaching to employees. This helps to overcome over-analysis, increase focus and drive, and builds a trusted relationship on a 1:1 level to connect and share. This approach to coaching health has been proven to help people move from a state of uncertainty and confusion, to a state of positive action and certainty when armed with a well-thought out personalised plan to guide and steer toward personal health goals. How we do it.. ..Firstly from an employers perspective, our management team work with HR and L&D Leads to help identify urgent needs and then to design a plan addressing the unique and most costly challenges faced by the business around employee health and well-being. Secondly from the employees perspective, our team of Coaches engage with the specific target group of employees that need/want the most help with their health. Our Coaches then plan and deliver weekly personalised health coaching initiatives that include; weekly telehealth calls, health and fitness action plans and a coaching and accountability app. Expected outcomes for the business would be a decrease in sickness absence costs, an uptick in productivity and engagement, and a reduced volume of staff turnover, which ultimately improves company culture and future growth potential.
