About Street Mystic Pathways

The name "Street Mystic" was given to me a few years back by two Shamans and three other men while at a spiritual retreat in the mountains of northern New England. It was during our talks about the nature of reality, life, and my myriad of life experiences that I was coined "The Street Mystic." For over 35 years, Michael Tyler has guided individuals on their unique pathways towards self-transformation. Michael is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in various settings throughout his career including middle and high schools, private practice therapy, hospitals, and addiction treatment centers. Michael founded Ebb and Flow Counseling, LLC in Bloomfield, CT in 2022. In this role, he provides therapy to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other challenges. As Michael worked with his clients, he noted various themes in his work, regardless of each client’s specific challenges or personal history. Michael addressed these themes in his first book entitled, "Magical You: A Street Mystic's Guide to Inner Peace and Happiness.” In his book, Michael guides readers on the path of navigating their thoughts and recognizing the profound impact they have, ultimately revealing their authentic selves. “Magical You” is easy to understand, and provides actionable steps to enhance self-awareness and shift thought patterns in helpful ways. The key takeaway is that the magic to transform your life already resides within you! In an effort to share this knowledge on an even wider scale, Michael is currently embarking on a new venture called Street Mystic Pathways, LLC, where he continues to spread his self-transformational messages through workshops, books, blogs, and personal sessions.
