StreetSideCare is a youth-led community platform based in Ventura County, created to meet the urgent needs of unhoused individuals through health education, public awareness, and direct support. Our work blends street-level outreach with accessible information, connecting individuals to essential tools that promote dignity, healing, and long-term well-being.
