Strength Beyond Silence is a trauma-informed support platform founded by Dale Fischer, a survivor of childhood sexual abuse (CSA). Our mission is simple: to offer survivors, loved ones, and anyone carrying silent pain the chance to talk — not to go public, but to ease the burden they’ve been carrying alone. We provide informal, confidential, one-to-one emotional support rooted in lived experience — not clinical training. Through walk-and-talks, private messages, or arranged meetups, we create safe spaces where people feel heard without judgement or pressure. This work isn’t about fixing people. It’s about showing up, listening, and reminding others that they’re not alone. We work across South Wales and beyond, supporting: Survivors of CSA and other forms of trauma Family members affected by a loved one’s pain Communities, clubs, and individuals seeking a trusted, confidential ally
