About Stress, Health, & Behaviour Lab

The Stress, Health, and Behaviour Lab is the research lab of Dr Jacob Keech, based in the School of Applied Psychology at Griffith University in Brisbane, Australia. The Stress, Health, and Behaviour Lab investigates practical solutions to reduce the impact of stress on health. We identify psychological and behavioural mechanisms that contribute to stress-related outcomes and develop evidence-based interventions to support individuals in managing stress effectively. We also apply health behaviour change theories to design and evaluate interventions that support people to lead healthier lives. By integrating research on stress, coping, and behaviour change, our goal is to enhance wellbeing and improve long-term health outcomes.
