About Stress Reduction Association
Stress Reduction Association (SRA) is dedicated to creating and providing Stress Reduction Kits for healthcare workers in Alberta. Our next project is to deliver over 500 boxes containing stress reduction products, strategies, and services (for physical and mental health) to nurses and front-line healthcare providers working on COVID units at the University of Alberta Hospital, and expand to several other hospitals in the Edmonton area. We appreciate all of your support and are so grateful to those who have donated their time, money, services, and products to help us in our mission.
