It's the only stretch studio in Hong Kong specializing in functional flexibility and postural correction, using Active Isolated Stretching (A.I.S.), as developed by Aaron Mattes over the last 40 years. A.I.S. is the safest and most effective assisted stretching technique helping increase your body's range of motion and relieve pain due to poor posture. We have been the pioneers of Active Isolated Stretching in Asia since 1999. Since then, several of our practitioners have joined other clinics and helped increase the popularity of this manual therapy technique.
