About Stretch U

Our business provides one-on-one assisted stretching through PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) and Myofascial Release. We stretch every major muscle group from toe to head. Stretch U started in Oklahoma City when Physical Therapist John Carey began bringing his massage table to family gatherings and stretching family members. Stretch U Kearny Mesa opened in May 2013. It was the first studio in San Diego and fifth in operation. Since then, we have expanded to two other locations in San Diego (Rancho Bernardo and San Marcos) and plan on opening more studios in the near future!
