We make it easy for property managers to offer the flexibility to pay in four installments over 4-10 weeks (instead of a lump sum by credit card). When renters pay with StretchBill, property managers immediately save the typical 3% credit card fees on every StretchBill booking. StretchBill requires that the guest make the full payment before arrival. StretchBill contacts the property manager if any subsequent payment does not process successfully to cancel the booking. Since payments are made in full before arrival, guests aren't coming home to debt after their vacation as they would with other online lenders or if they have a balance on their credit card.
