StretchIT Systems is the first Iliotibial Band (ITB) stretching system on the market. Our patent pending design gives the client the ability to stretch according to their specific needs. Each leg is stretched individually with independent vertical and horizontal position controls. The client is in control of the angles of the stretch, while the machine guides the client through the correct form. StretchIT allows the client to stretch the muscles properly without the external assistance from a qualified healthcare provider. Its compact size and versatility enables it to be installed in any facility. It is safe, economical, and easy for anyone to use. The StretchIT system focuses on the muscles and connective tissues of the lateral hip and leg. Since the IT band itself stretches minimally, the goal is to stretch the muscles attached to it. These muscles are often overused and tight without proper stretching. The result is pain often associated with hip bursitis, low back pain, iliotibial band friction syndrome, patella femoral pain syndrome, piriformis syndrome, etc. With the StretchIT system, we can help improve many musculoskeletal pathologies.
